Do you not have a switch on the dash for them next to the rear foglight switch???
If you do the relay is on the bulkhead under the bonnet near the battery on the drivers side and I think mine is black and green.
I use mine to switch on my cage roof lights now. Mine came with them from the factory it seems so this is part of the car's loom.
Otherwise start from scratch with your own relay that has a feed to the switching side of the relay from the headlights but broken by a switch you install to the dash. I think the headlights have a permanent live and are switched by the negative side so you'll have to put the switch on the negative side with the feed via the negative side to your relay and a permanant live to it.
Hope this helps and is clear... I'm 3 Old Speckled Hens under as I type this so it might be as clear as mud!!!

Hi thanks for the reply,
the fogs in the bumper are factory fitted, its got the wiring loom already fitted with the relay etc, but there is no switch on the dash only one for the rear fogs. I just didt know if anyone else's jimny had this.???
Thanks
James
