UPDATE:

Both King Pin bearings and seals have been replaced and although the 'wobble' was much better it was still there at 45mph - I purchase a 'shim-kit' and a set of front wheel bearings from Martin.

I took it all apart this morning and decided the wheel bearings were fine. I followed Martin's instructions and fitted shims to the Kin Pins, I used .5mm on both the top and bottom offside king pins and .2mm top and .5mm on the bottom nearside king pins.

No 'wobble' It has gone :-)
