So are you saying the mini prop is hitting the black framework at the back of the gearbox, if it is the prop is touching the frame and it's leaving a clean line/ shiny metal. If it is, looks like the t-case is/might be mounted too high, if it is, it will catch more on bumpy gound. best lower it

Makes sense ... Have taken some pix of the problem, im using the large and a small nylon mount.. I think im going to have to see if its possible to remove the small mount to give a little more room.
you can just about see in the centre of the pic the prop and where its touching
This is the view from the other side
HD Mount.. not much clearance with that chassis mount if I reduce it to 1
Second mount. - I wonder if its worth just dropping one side to see if the clearance is better ?

, Only seen it on one car myself, no not mine:laugh: , A guy at one of SS summer camps a few years ago, and he'd lifted the t-case.
two ways, trim metal away from bracket, but might be better, lower mounts.

Sorry, I had forgotten about that bit! I had an early kit from Rob, before he had made the HD mounts, so originally fitted it with the higher Suzuki mounts. This gave me two problems. the mini-prop hitting the remote and the whole thing being really difficult to fit as the T-Box was jammed against the transmission tunnel (I don't have a body lift).
See, I know I wrote the guides for a reason, its because my memory is no good!
