Well took her out today...... no leaks as yet :D
Fingers crossed I have fixed it with a little RTV and some cleaning until I have to buy a new gasket ( hopefully many many thousands of miles later :D )

whats the recommended torq setting for the rockercover bolts??

also is there anywhere else at the rear of the head that can leak?i've got quite a bit of oil leaking in that area which is running onto the gearbox and exhaust, there appears to be a cover plate and a housing that has a sensor on it, can these leak oil or is it more likely to be the rear of the rocker cover gasket?

thanks

Once they start to weep oil (they all do that sir!) the garage response is to nip them up a bit more, that works for a few hundred miles. Replacement is the only solution.

Got the same trouble on our little Corsa. I bought a new gasket once, but a spray of degreaser every now and again seems to do the trick.
