If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

You did fit the 4 axle end bushes with the slots lined up correctly, as the diagram in the manual, or Martin's guide?
The axle is supposed to roll around a little as the rubbers compress, with the handbrake on I can rock mine back and forwards, and see the pinion rise and fall. This initially worried me, but I applied rule #1 (If it ain't broke: don't fix it) and Rule #2 (Don't mess!) and saved a lot of time and money by not replacing any bushes.
If you want to stop the axle moving, fit solid polybushes.
I read somewhere about using the solid chassis end bush at the axle end, and that the front chassis bush is much firmer than the rear, but if you have to wait until June and are bothered by the flex go the polybush route.

hi,
i had no answer from rhinorays, and zanfi are too expensive, so i bought rear suzuki bushes.
There is a big difference between those two bushes: suzuki ones are more stronger, now it's not moving a lot
So an advice: dont buy blueprint ADK 88006 because they are too soft for the rear, you better put ADK 88008
A+
