hi,
i have changed the rear bushes of my radius arm and I bought them at camskill ( ADK 88006 ):

but i think they seem too soft ( because I often hear noises during maneuvers: "cloing cloing" ), so i have taken this vidéo (the handbrake blocked ), look, it's moving a lot !!!

So, i have a question, is it the same with your jimny ( with original bushes from suzuki )
thanks for reply
;)

Rubber bushes themselves will not make a noise. I have just eliminated a noise that was driving me bonkers for ages - mine was more of a clonk, but it was caused by the radius arm bush bolts not being tight enough allowing the metal part of the bush to move slightly on the bolt and rub against the mounting. I wonder if yours is the same issue?

I just nipped up the bolt a bit - it was far, far too loose.

This might also help prevent your holes elongating - but I think heavy offroading might make that likely. Mine are still round though - as I reach out to find some real wood to touch!

As for it being too soft, have you the right bush for the right place on the arm. I can;t remember which is which but it's on this site somewhere - I think I posted about it if you want to research back.

I still have dismantled this morning and checked everything: the jimny have not an oval shape, and the bolts are tight enough, and the bushes have the good position in the radius arm. So these is the rear bushes from blueprint who seem too soft!!!

So i have buy new bushes this morning ( ADK 88008 for the front, more stronger, and i'll put them on the rear ). My friend Adrix Who have a kit 4,5" off road armoury, have put front bushes ADK 88008 to the rear , and no problem, good flex, and bushes more stronger

I'll give you inforations next time when i'll put these new bushes on my jimny ;)
A+

I think now you have the correct bushes in the correct place. My understanding is that ADK 88008 is the axle end bushes back and front, ADK88007 is the chassis end at the front and ADK 88006 is the chassis end at the rear.

Manual VVT, 2 1/2" lift, ORA castor corrected arms, 2" ORA body lift, 4:1 transfer box, Uprated front shafts & CVs ERM , ARBs back & front 3.9 diffs, 6 point cage, ORA winch bumper - Superwinch EP9, ORA rear bumper, ORA axle truses, Diff guards ERM , TBR tank guard, Snorkel, Kumho KL71.30.9.50 15
