235/85R16 Maxxis Bighorns on 16" Rims, 4:1 Rocklobster, Rear ARB locker and on-board air

I wish mine had the "gap" when mine are disconnected.... strange. So what is your thinking cap producing martin? How you gonna sort it.

Whats the other side like?
Do the tyres measure equally to the wheel arches - may be something is bent somewhere maybe the rear radius arms as your front ones were if I remember correctly

I think your correct, its time to do some measuring. In the end I can always run the rod short (which it was originally anyway) to get me to Tong and sort out later. When I did the front I bought a full set of leading/trailing arms from Offroad Armory. Whilst I am still waiting for the rear set it may now mean I have to get on and do it if something is bent.
