I know that the JB74 has wider axles and flared wheel arches, as well as a sticky out front bumper compared to the JB64,
But are they the same size where it matters- inside?

Thanks both. I didn't think Suzuki would make a wider bodyshell for the non-Kei version, but you never know.
I was impressed by a review of the BYD Racco the other day, and I was pretty sure I've effectively been driving Kei cars for years.
It explains why I find anything wider than 1.7m to be absolutely huge and impractical!
Hopefully the Racco will come to the UK- I'd seriously consider one to replace The Other Car, and Suzuki is rumoured to be bringing out a Kei electric too.
It would be great if HMG would encourage Kei cars with £20 VED, they really are all that most people need day to day.
