Welcome to the forum. I'm not sure if you can get something like that for the jimny but my prado comes with it and honestly it's a bit of a gimmick, I've tried it a couple of times and really i find it a bit distracting. After all on flat ground you can tell you are turning and in ruts maybe but you can usually tell if it's trying to pull or climb against the side. It's also one of the things I had to have done on the warranty on my prado.

I don't know if that info is available from the OBDII port? If not, you'd need to mount some sensors on the vehicle.
Although, apart from being a gimmick/gadget, I can't say I honestly understand what the use case would be for having this? In the example in the video I also could not understand what the numbers meant, or was one of them engine rpm?

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

I assume you write it yourself and use a PIC, ardueno or something, you can interrogate the steering angle sensor via OBD (on a gen 4, gen 3 has proper sensible hydraulic power steering and doesn't have one unless it has skid mitigation or whatever it is called)
Looking at the video, what do the random numbers mean?
