If you play with the sensor box be careful you do not snap off the little retaining tags. Don't remember how I learned that

I sometimes get a slight rattle from the glove box contents. Opening it and closing it sorts it out.

I have a rattle that I can't locate, what exactly is the sensor box you mention? Thanks.I found the sensor box up the top of the windscreen to rattle on my SZ5. It sounded like something around the dash by the drivers side but ended up being that box. Try putting your hand against it when it starts rattling. It would also be weather dependant when it rattled. It seemed worse on colder mornings and better when it was warm. We put some plastic inside which has helped it. I haven't had the same issue with my LCV.
