Hello
as the title says I'm looking for any help on how to disassemble the front autohubs on a gen3 jimny, mine seem to stick and rattle sometimes. I was told too take them off, clean them and put them back on. But no body says how to take them apart to put grease in them. Any tips or even better a video on how to do this would be great Thanks.

You can get them apart by gently prying between the aluminium outer casing and the thin pressed steel bit inside. Go easy because it's easy to bend the steel bit.

But to be honest you won't gain anything from taking them apart, and they certainly don't need grease putting anywhere. Either they are all good and might just benefit from degreasing then a light application of engine oil to the moving collar, or they are broken and need replacing.

The typical way they break is the innermost sliding collar part comes away from the diaphragm behind so moves freely rather than clicking between the 2 positions. This will result in them staying in the locked position.
