Yesterday my friend was moving my jimny out of garage the battery was dead so he put the booster pack on but never changed it over to 12v so on 24v, he turned the ignition wipers were on fully and flashers were on then he saw a puff of smoke coming from underneath the radio it won't start no it turns over but won't start

Just thinking about the possible damage scares me ...
What year Jimny is this? Do you have access to a code reader and have you ever tried reading the codes?
I'm not suggesting you can diagnose this based on codes, but hopefully you can at least communicate with the ECU, because if that has been damaged you're most likely in for a fair sized bill.
Start with a fully charged battery and switch the ignition on - what lights are you getting on the dash? Hopefully at least charge, oil pressure and check engine - if not check the IG & FI fuses.
You say it turns over but won't start - pull a spark plug, reconnect the coil and hold the plug to a cylinder head bolt and have some crank the engine whilst you check for spark, if you have a spark, see if it will start on starting fluid.

If you boost charged a dead battery at 24v the dead battery would pull the voltage down a bit, but you could have gone massively over-voltage, indicated by the smoke. If you were luck it might have popped a fuse, otherwise you might have fried the ECU and possibly other components.
Check the fuse box, then check the cabling for damage. Get a code reader and see if the ECU is still alive.

If something under the dashboard has let the smoke out then you are in for a bad time as stated before, and unfortunately all the things that wouldn't like the overvoltage are also for the most part expensive. Has your friend offered to support the repairs because I wouldn't let them off the hook for it.

After spending the day we have figured out the problem the ecu is fried, My jimny is a jap I have I tried an ecu from my friend's but his instant jap and has an imobiliser on it I can here the fuel pump kicking in but no spark from the plugs, where would I buy a jap ecu because I don't want to take out the dash to run a new loom or can I de_mobilise the other ecu

It's a little more complex than just a "jap ecu" - there will be a number on your ECU, 33920-XXXXX where X is any alphanumeric character, you're going to need to match than part number.
You also need to determine whether or not your vehicle has an immobilizer, if it does, it's not going to be an easy swap.

By "Jap" do you mean it's a JDM Jimny? If that's the case you might need to try a specialist grey market importer or eBay.

The new ECU will be looking for a valid signal from the immobiliser which looks for a matching key in the ignition, without this the engine will turn over but won’t start.
I don’t know if it is possible to modify the ECU to ignore the immobiliser, I suspect it isn’t easy to do.

Will probably have ecu, encoder ring, key and door locks
From a breaker
If not ask on FB group's for all of the above
