Our 2020 Jimny has just been for its first MOT. The MOT person has clearly adjusted the headlights, not realising that they are automatic.
They probably adjusted them with the engine off and l think in that case they default to the highest setting?
So now they are too low, and you can't see far enough ahead on a dark road.
Also there's a line of light on front of you where they cut off and it's quite distracting.
How are they adjusted, l can set them myself against the garage wall, or do l need to take it back to the dealer.

Dunno exactly but on the 3 it's just a number 2 jis screwdriver into the fairly obvious cog wheels on the back of the lamps. I did mine in Asda car park before my MOT and just going on what looks right was pleased to hear I got them very close to perfect when they checked them on the machine.

If it's halogen then have they moved the adjuster dial on the dashboard?
