Toyo opencountry MT are great, actually measure the size ordered and run nice and quiet on road/awesome off it. Demon tweeks do a good price on them as well

Don't know, it was just something I saw on Twitter/Instagram/Facebook. Didn't look into the sizes as I'm happy with the standard Duelers up to now.

I get the thinking behind the side lugs getting you out of the ruts but you had a great deal less weight on a quad.
If a Jimny gets stuck in ruts it is likely grounded on one diff at least, possibly both and or a radius arm mount.
In which case there's far too much resistance for a side lug to overcome.
To get out of the rut you'll need to turn the main tread to grip on the rut.
So whilst I see your theory, I don't think it will work well enough to warrant the expenditure when really what you need is more ground clearance. That means bigger tyres and lower gearing and even more expense. Like I've been through!
