No wobble on mine either. Nearly 4000km done.

Morning Folks, had a look at the obvious points this morning, nothing I could see that would account for the wobble. We bought this second hand with 1000 miles and the previous owner had changed the wheels from 195/80R 15 to 215/75 R15 and fitted Grabber AT tyres. Could this be the reason?
Thanks

Are they fitted and balanced correctly? In particular look where the yellow and red dots are on the tyre in relation to the rim.

If there is a yellow spot this should be next to the valve.

If there is a red dot (and a yellow one) the red dot should align with the dimple or dot on the rim and the yellow dot ignored

And definitely check the pressures

Have passed 10k miles (not kms) and zero sign of any death wobble on mine. As others have indicated - it may be down to other issues such as tyres/wheels.Certainly shouldn't be down to wear and tear on the axle/steering components at such a low mileage.

I reckon it is wheel balancing.

Thanks all, the tyres were a bit low on pressure and that seems to have improved it a bit (I might just be getting used to it!) but I still detect a wobble esp around 40mph. I can't see anything obviously wrong, will take it in to have wheel balancing checked.
