It might be cheaper to ship one from Europe. Many people who offroad are replacing them and have the old ones lying around. My last one went for £10

Definitely check the transfer box mount 1st. Mine was making the same sort of noise.
The mount had broken allowing the the transfer box to sit lower so the front propshaft
was knocking on one of the cross braces between the chassis rails.

Don't leave it too long as more damage could occur. It is easy enough to check as there is plenty of room to get under the car.

hello. finally i had time to unmout the transfer case .
I removed all bolts and see that the chain has been stretched and that was causing slipping and knocking
sound. I bought used transfer case for 250$ . mount it.
problem fixed. I forgot to take picture for stretched chain, it looks exactly like that picture that I took from
the web.
Thanks for your advice.
