had a look at the link
mmm me being a little different/mad thoughts
is thinking i could knock something up out of copper pipe
then use shorter silicone hose for connections
any thoughts ?

Diffs are easy to do on the ground just make sure the trucks cold :laugh:
I only fitted diff breathers on mine because they are the lowest point. Will do g/box and t/case if I ever have to pull them out

Well, I fitted the big Jimny kit for the diffs today and it all went nice and smoothly, even though I was quite nervous when tapping the threads needed!

No issues with Swarf getting into the diff while tapping? If not, I may be tempted....

I don't fancy changing all the diff oil as well.
