Do yoou mean the ORA plate is not up to the job?? Any info would be good as I have never seen an ORA plate, nor have I ever fitted a winch

Well i am baffled by your comment!
I have checked on BigJimny Shop, ORA Online Shop and neither of them state a max or minimum winch size. They only state compatible with long and short drum winches..
Glad I didnt buy one then, looks like plan B

Looks like I wont be ordering an ORA plate. Thats my plans gone as I dont have welding gear.
Shame they dont advertise what the maximum winch size is suitable for the plate
