Bilstein P/N is 25-177497
For rear end i have to choose between:
5165
25-187885
5125
33-223970
33-185590
33-185606
but 255/70 valving i think is too soft.

I just got the 33-185590 with 255/70 valving for the rear axle. Can't remember what the valving for the front shocks are.
But remember that the Jimny is quite heavy on the front end end that the axles are rather light. Also the springs are not all that stiff compared to many other 4x4's due to the Jimny's low weight.
So my guess is the 255/70 valving is okay for the rear axle.

Sadly, just this is not the most expensive bit ... AIR, Pipes, Fitting ... the list (cost) goes on - yes i want an ARB, but I'm just not rich enough

Yes, the airlocker is the most expensive part of a difflocker setup. Even more expensive than total cost of a compressor, pipes, fittings, solenoids and what not.
But the good news is that everything is included. Pipes, fittings, solenoids, wiring and so on. And if you buy the compressor from ARB, all wiring is also included. You don't need to find parts afterwards.
And that is often the difference between buying genuine stuff and getting cheap chinese knock-offs.
Yes there usually is a pretty solid price difference. But often everything to get it working is included. I've seen it with Vision-X led bars, ARB stuff, Delta-tek stuff etc...
