Looks interesting so what can you do with it. Being dense what will you achieve when you re-flash the ECU?

Interestingly the car is 2002 with 90k miles and the rear and spare tyres are dated 2002. They can't really be the originals can they? The tyre fitter seemed to think so!
Are they the Bridgestone HTs? that's a scary thought given how bad they were when new. I'll be interested to hear how you find the BFGs behave on the road

I have the BFG Mud Terrains on mine and they are pretty well behaved on town roads and motorways, pretty noisy though at higher speeds and they make a weird feeling at very slow speeds. That may be due to the weight on top though

Rhinoman wrote: That's mainly for development work so I can reprogramme the ECU more easily and for testing mapping changes. You don't get much gain from reflashing on a stock ECU but I have a couple of people asking for flashes to suit various M15/M16/M18 conversions and another guy modifying an engine.
I'd have my ecu re-mapped once my M16 is in. My mate At protune tried to re-map my existing and could not.

Yes they are Bridgestone Dueller HTs and are well past their best to be honest. They have perished and gone hard but tread depth is still just legal. The sooner I get rid of them the better though! The MTs go on on monday so I'll report back then.
