After a lot of delays, work and life getting in the way I have finally fitted a new bumper to Kates jimny. 
After a small oops moment the old one was split and twisted. The plastic A bar was no longer an A.
It was a bugger to get off as all the bits were twisted and loads of rusty fittings but I did not let it defeat me.
Just need a metal A bar now to complete.
