Suppliers include people "breaking for spares" on a regular basis, when purchasing spares members should ask a supplier what they contribute to the running of the forum particularly if contacted by a Private Message
Suppliers or Members who have contributed to the forum can be identifed by the logo.

so yea other parts can be badly affected from wading!!
i just spray everything in WD40 on a regular basis, builds up a wd40/grit/dirt barrier.
i think but not 100% that the fan is constantly running so can throw water around the engine bay, maybe fit an electric swited fan if this is the case and you do alot of deep wading.
if crossing fords properly with a bow wave on the go the engine bay stays relatively water free
treating your jimny like a submarine may be different!

Hells teeth thats abit deeper then id be comfortable with in a jimny :laugh: fair play tho, we have a crossing down this way called lamerhoe and its a ford across the river Tamar, its about 75ft across with an average depth of 2-3ft without any rain. Been across it a couple of times in the landrover but have never had the bottle in a suzuki :blush:
