What did you do to your jimny today?

Fitting involves drilling 6 holes in each side of the dumb irons - nowt difficult. I emailed Hen at ORA and she sent some pics across on how to do it - more for reference than instructions. Found it much easier to use a step cutter drill bit and bored through until they were the right size than try the pilot hole and then bigger approach Worse thing is the trial and error cutting the slots in the bumper - but managed that ok too. Once i've finished it all, ill update my jimny thread

I hope that' s not your kitchen worktop you've got the axle on!!!

I rebuild a 40hp outboard motor im my kitchen once replaced the crack so a full strip build one out of two so there wwas two stripped down on the table, got it done before the missis come home lol

Actually cleaned it today. Stuck it on ramps and gave the underneath a good jet wash then gave it a bucket of wash wax and my noodle sponge treatment

Took it to Weston coyney and along with darth loachie showed up some land rovers. Few mods to make including new arches and bigger wheels but all in a great day out and no damage!

bent the rear panhard rod - right hand rear wheel now sticks out the body work 3" now

was wondering where you went.. I think I have a stock one up at the farm you can have if your desperate!

any idea where I can get those arches from?

ideally want a heavy duty one as we tend to do stupid things with the jimny!!
