Any update on this, GA? How did it go, and how does the Jim look now?! Any pics of the process?

Thanks. Sounds like a sensible thing to do to a Jimny, and would be good to know if it's worth the money for people who can't do it themselves...

I wrote a blog entry of my day out at Rustmaster here:
www.bigjimny.com/index.php/bigjimny-blog...ng-the-rust-part-one
From memory it cost ~£460.
Yes its a lot of money, but then its safeguarding the Jimny for a few more years and gives me a chance to sort out the rust patches that it has got. When you think of the cost of mods, its actually not too bad.
They do a free annual check-up and top up in case you have scraped some of it off going off road or something, and it comes with a 5 year guarantee that no new rust comes through in that time.
But it wont kill off existing rust, it just stops it getting worse. You still need to sort it out by cutting, patching and welding.
But I am happy with the results. It's a bit of a bugger working underneath the car because it gets on your hands and clothes but then it wouldn't be any good if it didn't stick!

Cheers.
Not cheap, but looks like a good thorough job.
