The LHD jimny diesel Uses the 1.5 Diesel used in the Renault Clio.

see the thing is i drive a tdi golf as an every day car and i was looking at the option of putting a diesel engine in the jimny befor i put it back on the road.

The other option is lpg but diesel has more power lower down in the rpm.

Hi mate there was a Jimny on ebay last year with a 1.7tdi Izuzu engine conversion in it and I think the 1.5d vauxhaul corsa engine fits so I'v read some where.?

From what iv read on the web the diesel conversion is not as simple at I hoped lol but I ant going to back out just

try talking to rhinorays, he has done a few diesel conversions on jimnys and SJs
