Hi mate I fitted a 2" lift to mine. You don't need to remove the anti roll bar. If you do it will give you more articulation, but it will handle really badly on the road,& you might need to replace it for your MOT. all I would advise you to do is get a set of brand new bolts for the shockers. It's an easy job to do.
If you do decide to take the ant roll bar off get some extended brake hoses.

Thanks
James

Ok thanks for that info . But I won't be removing the anti roll bar as I do a lot of road miles. So dnt want a poor handling jeep . What your thoughts on second hand springs and shocks ? They have covered roughly 3500 miles on road and 300 off road ? Or should I just get new ones

HI, if you do alot of road miles in the jimny then i would buy some castor correction bushes to center the steering wheel back to normal. I havnt bothered i have got used to it now, i do roughly 25 miles day. My lift kit was 2nd hand not many miles on it and it was fine , How much are you paying for it? I bought some shock re-location brackets to stop the rear sock hitting the rear springs when off roading as well.

Thanks

Hi mate you dont really need anything else apart from the shocks and springs to be honest with the 2" lift, Anything more than this then yes you will require the adjustable panhards etc but not for this small lift. Iv had mine on now for 3 years and its been fine.
