When it was my mounts I had a high frequency vibration that I could feel in my feet and knees through the floor.

from the bottom up it goes bush / chassis bracket / bush / Transfer box bracket / bush so that at no point does the bolt contact any brackets.
Probs worth you giving Rob a bell and trying to get 3 more bushes.

There should be next to no vibration at all... Our old bush kits were a 3 part bush, but now they are two but a larger bush, still works in exactly the same way tho...
The most common cause of vibration is that the props are not aligned perfectly... it is worth double & TREBLE checking them, we've all done it, get a straight edge and hold it down the prop to be sure.
What donor props have you used? and do you have sufficient free travel on the slip yokes? (they are not fully compressed) there should be at least 30mm of free inward movement at stand still.

they are vunerable when offroading so I'd fit a guard as I've broken my mounts twice before I fitted one
easy to fit

With my French car which I use for tougher off roading I use Llama bolt through mounts which have rubber bushes (on a rocklobster transfer box) and these seem to work much better. They are nearly as good as the original mounts in terms of vibration, but of course should be stronger.

I had issues when I mounted mine as the mini prop was fouling the transmission tunnel.
In the end, I reduced the number of bushes down to find the optimum

Obarno wrote: Hi Ooky - I think, from your photo, that you have the bushes on incorrectly. As I understand it there should be the large bush between the chassis mount and the gearbox bracket, with one of the other mounts below the chassis mount , and one above the gearbox bracket, if that makes sense! the bolt then passes through all 3. I can see why the prop hit the tunnel as the transfer box would be mounted very high and unless you have a body lift the transfer box would have been hitting the underside of the tunnel.
Nope, tried that too .. that was the first setup, and the transfer box mount touched the chassis.
Ive tried every combination and this was the only one that gave me clearance on the chassis and also gave enough clearance for the mini prop

I'd agree with Obarno, if either the nut or bolt is in contact with metal you'll get vibration, personally I'd go for three of these.
