The bar design looks good but I'm not to sure on the lights,
but that's me. what about having the lights like this \\ //
but its your beast so its all your choice.
is your design to scale to the jimny or just to show how it looks?

I'm not a big fan of the lights either, I would be more inclined to have the round ones myself, similar to the ones you mentioned on the AZ forum.
If it were me, I would probably design the lights myself into some shape or something, maybe even bend around the corner a little. LEDs are very easy to work with.
BTW, shouldn't you only need the indicator since your brake and reverse use the other lights?
It looks like your using SketchUp to make it, if you go to View, Axes, It'll turn of the lines. Or better yet, File, Export, 2D Graphic for a more rendered picture.

Have you considered using your reverse lights as indicators?

Sugergaz: Yes i have, but i think the OME light's look cheap, bulky and rubbish
Sandez: Thanks for the tip mate!
I wanted to use round light's, but i would of been stealing some one else's idea no point making your own bar work(providing you have the skill/tools do to so) if it's not going to be original. Maze well buy a "off the self bar"

They are cool, very much but are they type approved, 'E' marked?
Are they a little less strict with lights etc over in Oz?
They have round ones here, some multi function.

I did a quick google search and found them
here
. So I'm sure you could find them elsewhere if needed.
I'm not sure on the rule regarding them, from my understanding, having not read up about it, they must be a certain brightness, colour and size. I saw these on a truck once (as a side indicator), but I'm sure they have different rules

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationThanks guys!
They are rather strict on light's here in OZ ...i have brought the LED light's already, they are "hella" LED strips 237x25mm and they are ARD approved so can be used on the road.
Now i should be getting the steel to make the RHS to make the mount's this weel, i can then start the actual bar
Stay tuned!
