Black Jimny's don't get stuck!
Has anybody else had their jimny on a weighbridge?
I weighed in a load of scrap yesterday, after - with an empty trailer it was exactly 1300kgs. I know the trailer is just about 60kgs so 1240kgs for the car, without my slight 13.5st!
Its running offset rims and remould muds, all the kit mentioned in the other thread, a full tank of fuel at the time 4 roof lights and the roof bars and the cb. All over the standard truck.
Just thought it would be of interest to some of you, stock weight is 1150iirc.

Yep, i've weighed my Santana Jimny. 984 kgs. That is with no rear seats and the fastback roof and 1/4 tank petrol. Hayman Reece towhitch fitted. Rims are steel sunraysia's.
That was also before I put on the front diff/axle guard, armour under the transfer case and sidesteps.

I wish my jimny was that light! had my jimny on my trailer at the weighbridge and totalled 2050kg
the trailer weighs in at 615kg empty
Luckily it was not a vosa weighbridge, I just had it weighed out of interest as I was passing.
So jimny = 1435kg with a'lot of heavy extras. Truck battery in boot and some other small bits inside. The cage makes a big difference, I had half a tank of petrol aswell.
