This snorkel looks easier to mount as there is a little more room at the front underside of the wing.
The inner arch is already 'dangling' so as you say, it will be easier.
Thinking I may just pop rivet a thin plate of black alloy I have over the large hole and bolt holes (2) from the previous snork. I'll put the plate from behind, not on top of the wing.
I don't think there'll be that much of the holes showing when the other snorkel is fitted.
Might get chance on Saturday to make a start.
I might even have a go at starting on the front and rear mounts for my Rhino Ray bumpers now that I have a new welder.
