New Years Eve was created by ZookFastback
4 Hours to go until New Year. We have begun with the usual warm weather partying. A BBQ with heaps of different meats, Lamb cutlets and beef steak, freshly made hamburgers and skinny sausages. Onion cooked in Macadamia oil. There's stacks of salads including potato salads and ones with balsamic vinegar/oil etc. The Pavlovas are traditional at this time of year, with strawberries and cream, passionfruit and bananas. The beer is chillin' in a drum with heaps of ice cos it is 36C at the moment. Lots of soft drinks and icy poles for the kids and plenty of finger food too. I've got 6 kids and heaps of grandkids and we like to send out the old year and ring in the new with plenty of music and food, probably much the same as you folks in the northern hemisphere.
We just kinda break the New Year in for you, sorry for any damages we may inflict on it! :silly:
