Yep Biggin would be better, a bit more central for everyone, I'm happy to pay upfront if needed.

Where is it?

Not this place is it?

Paying upfront is a good idea.....

Picking my Jimny up from West Coast 4x4 ctr on Saturday, I CAN'T WAIT!!!!
The testing it out (breaking it) hopefully on Sunday as I will already have a hire trailer again :-(.

Anyone playing out Sunday in the N/West? I'm thinking maybe Silverdale or Hill n ditch.

Silverdale is the 3rd Sunday (last week) - next week is weston coyney - last sunday of the month and we plan to be there

Sounds good, bit of a trek for me from Warton, Preston, however must be worth the extra hours drive, i'd be up for that if they will allow me in with no insurance just a fresh MOT, as she has decided to keep just my G'Vitara and her Ibiza on the road for the winter. Looking at swapping my insurance over after the winter, as she wont need my 4x4 to be smug going in to work

yep you will be fine as quite a few turn up on trailers
Weston coyney (Tickhill quarry) is ST11 9EX

I'd like to vote for Tong - it's a superb site! I've been there twice with the Howlin Wolf Challenge series and would love to explore it a bit more. It's about 200 miles from here - but definitely worth the drive.

I'd be happy to pay up front.

Thanks Darthloachie.
Seems to be a good idea, even though an extra hours drive, really need to sort out a crawler/rock lobster asap as now the jimny is caged as well as on 235/75/15's. Don't fancy killing it or the clutch on big hills or in the addictive water as all bearings/brakes ect are new. Would be nice to see a load of jimnys out.

Is this extreme build to be road legal? I fancy a day at Tong, but will be all road legalish for that.:)

That quarry site (DE6 1QU) isnt very big, I did the photoshoot for Total Off Road there, compared to somewhere like Tong its tiny.
