MT Tyre advice was created by Emplan
Hi Guys,

I've fitted these to my little LJ, they are 16 x 7 modulars with 225 x 75 x 16 Toyo AT's.

I also have a spare set of 15 x 7 wheels in the garage that I want to fit with MT's, I dont really want retreads and would prefer to go 'New' with with an aggressive pattern like an Insa Turbo on 235 x 75 x 15's

So, my question is thus......can anyone recommend a new MT tyre please, I was thinking BF Goodrich KM2 maybe???

Kind regards

Tony

If you're thinking about bfg's you could give the cooper discover stt's a look.
The only other real aggressive tyres out there that aren't remoulds are mickey thompson and mastercraft but i think you may struggle with sizes. Genereal do a great MT but again you may struggle with sizes.
For really aggressive stuff you would need to look at simex if you really didn't want remoulds.

Black Jimny's don't get stuck!

Silverstone extreme's are an option aswell. Softer sidewalls than simex, perfect for light weight off roaders (not a landy!)
