Which ones would you go for?

SJ ones dont seem to come up for sale very often and need an adaptor plate... or AVM ones which cost more but would be brand new and dont need an adaptor?

Personally, SJ Hubs are just as good. As long as you make sure you get the cone washers that come with it, there is nothing wrong with going this route.

If you have the cash, I suppose the others would give you peace of mind

Having had both I would go for the original SJ ones - Aisin - they seem very strong and will probably be cheaper even with an adaptor ring from Martin. As Ooky says though make sure you get the cones as they are difficult to find and probably expensive. From Martin you get an adaptor ring and new bolts so you only need the cones.

What are the cone washers that Milners sell, are they not the same size?

Came across them while browsing, if I remember right, they are in Toyota Surf section.
