Has anyone had any success converting the old shape (say 2007)/ JB23 to a mobile BBQ kitchen?
We are considering removing the rear seats, fitting a bulkhead and then a roller tray camp kitchen. Wondered if anyone had tried this before.
I can't think of a reason not to do it other than keep the weight down as you only have roughly 350kg of payload and that has to include people but with some ingenuity anything is possible, I have a friend who has fitted a smart for2 out as a barrister station so a jimny kitchen should be fairly straightforward.
