I know some people link straight to the forum page and therefore miss the activity going on on the front page of the website.
At present we have a couple of SJ restorations going on, so I thought I would link to them here so that you do not miss them and so you can comment on them

If you are in the middle of a restoration or a modification build why not send in the details!

I love these. I missed out on a completed Samurai here in Ireland not so long ago and I don't think I'll ever get rid of the bug. Might get lucky someday, maybe, if they're not all fossilised by then.

Shock absorbers for SJs

As you know ours is a restoration to factory standard. After 36 years the suspension is still functional but tired so we are looking at replacing it.

Note that this is STANDARD, we are not creating a sky high monster, it is going to be a showroom spec.

I have not played with SJs for many years and when I did we were into lifting etc. What STANDARD shock absorbers does the jury recommend? I can, of course, get Suzuki ones but these tend to be fairly middle of the road quality as little (or no) thought went into the original SJ farm cart suspension.
