A break from the shop this afternoon, so I was having a tinker in the garage...
This is the template I use for re-drilling flanges... it's the end off an old prop...
This the other end of it (out of the slip joint) I kept this as I was strangely proud of it?! :woohoo:
Onto the pillar drill...
And we have a dual hole prop flange... 8mm and 10mm holes added
Better go and walk the Labradors!

The engineer in me is having a bit of a fit that those holes have broken through! The farmer in me on the other hand sees nothing wrong at all.

It’ll be fine... they can’t go anywhere
Besides, the bolts are location / clamping, the prop / flange faces are indexed and friction holds them together...
Hmmm, some BluTac and Gaffa tape too?!
