@ MysticRich: my front radius arms aren't just tubes - 2/3 of the front part of front radius are two tubes welded together and 2/3 of the rear part of front radius are also two tubes, but smaller inside of the bigger one (tight fit and welded).

White: front Ironman +2" shock damper with 6,7" travel
Black: Opel Omega rear shock damper with 11,4" travel

Small update - we're almost done with steering and panhard rods. Everything has been fitted, but of course the mounts are going to be properly welded and reinforced.
Something unusual - the panhard rod is behind the front axle

Pity we can work on my Jimny only afternoons
