When using the off-road vehicle, the periods of air filter replacement are dependent dust sucked. Not the distance traveled or time of use.

When did replace the air filter?

When depression after the filter reaches values above 50 mbar

It's a good idea to install this indicator

For the sake of £10 for a genuine one on ebay... i just stick a new one in every 12months... can't be bothered to fire the compressor up

If you have a diagnostic interface then you can log manifold pressure and barometric pressure at WOT through peak torque (around 3500rpm). Check it with a new filter so you know what it should be and then you can check it at regular intervals. I would expect a 50mBar difference stationary to be a big difference at WOT as there will be a lot more air trying to get through or is it on some sort of ratchet?
