Ok so it's a pollution reduction gambit for those rich enough to live in London and ignorant enough to believe they need a private car in a city with a fully equipped public transport system. Something else not to worry about.

I went to the website to check out my motors especially my Paj as it is diesel and all of them are exempt so frankly I don't know who this is aimed at - maybe white van man????
To be honest there aren't many euro 3 vehicles left on the road save a relative handful of classics. That said if I lived and worked in a big city like leeds or Newcastle i wouldn't use a car as transport, yes i might well keep a monster on the outskirts for recreational activities but not as a daily.
