Ok I think the summary is:

1. Pictures uploaded within Tapatalk - OK in web and Tapatalk
2. Pictures linked via URL - OK in web and Tapatalk
3. Pictures ATTACHED in browser based post - OK in web and NOT OK in Tapatalk

Confirmed with Tapatalk support forum that this is a known issue in the current release of Tapatalk combined with latest Kunena Forum release

New release of the Tapatalk plugin for this forum.

Allegedly solves the attach issue.
