Mine do not have the spline. As far as I am aware the spline is effectively a built in star washer, so I include a star washer with my bolts. Should be back in stock on Wednesday.
In the original bolt the "spline" is only on the face of the bolt head, not to be confused with "Spline bolts" which have the spline on the shaft and are typically specialist application bolts such as wheel hub bolts.

Armed with teeth-like serrations, serrated flange bolts are one-piece bolts bite into surfaces to resist vibration. This bolt is identifiable by the ridge or surrounding the bolt head, this built-in washer under the head of the Bolt acts to distribute the clamping load over a greater area. A flange bolt is designed to provide the same holding power as a washer.
