Postfix hadn't loaded as although I un-installed sendmail it was still running and listening on the port.

On the domain name I think I will have to wait for the propagation to complete although I still do not completely understand why the IP address appears in the browser address bar as both my PC and the webserver do resolve it correctly.

I think there are login problems with Firefox - I think this is associated with the domain name re-write I had to put in to make the domain show correctly in the brower address bar
There are also some character set issues - a strange letter "A" appears in the store pricing.
