Just thought I'd let you know I got the spacers you sent me at the beginning of last week and fitted them the Saturday just gone.
Thanks for sending them out so quickly much appreciated, but I thought I'd let you know they didn't fit straight away. I had to open out the holes to 9mm before I could get them to fit.
Just wondering whether they fitted before galvanizing and then the thickness of the coat is causing the holes not to line up?
Thanks, I had only checked the new batch visually against an existing one. It sounds as if there is a very slight tolerance difference.

Yeah I think its very close, maybe next batch have the holes drilled slightly bigger? As being only a spacer it shouldn't matter if the holes are slightly bigger than the original?
