Thanks hal tbh it looks no different to the 1.3 but looking forward to the increase in power.

Its an easy job i suppose if you know what your doing could be tricky for some.

I learnt that the gently gently approach doesnt really work in some cases as you know it worked momentum is the key. :lol:

Hey mate following the build and looks great..

Does the gear box jus bolt straight on to engine no hassle, same shape as the old engine????

Thanks ! Yep engine bolts up no probs just used jimny clutch and flywheel.

Yea i did rich its quite close to the mount but a slight tweak with the grinder and its fine

Yeah I thought when I fitted mine there would be enough room, have you had a drive yet then.

Yes mate ive used it today and brought it home from the garage its sweet as a nut and drives so much better,should have been a factory option.

Couple of people have said that me dad couldnt even tell anything had been done under the bonnet,but yes deffo been changed lol its been a warm week and doing this had me sweating buckets especially as the garage i work in is like a giant tin oven...... :(
