I'm after a rear load mat and rubber mats for a commercial. Any recommendations?
Cancelled order with Suzuki online - 6 weeks after ordering.

l had the same with our SZ5

l tried an aftermarket load area mat, and it was
rubbish
The Suzuki one is superb.

As for car mats, it's not so important, you can probably get aftermarket

Thanks. Winter is fast approaching (not including the southeast today) the car will be covered in crap inside/and out. Need to get it protected, have bought the Aussi seat covers (which reminds me, need to pay FedEx the Tax) yet to fit them.

The Dealer commissioning process uses two tools. A TMPS reader and the Dealer laptop system. Normally the Dealer would plug the laptop into the car and put the TMPS controller into "learn" mode. They would then walk around the car with the reader and trigger the tyre sensors. This would be picked up by the controller and learnt, job done. Some dealers did not bother with the trigger tool as dropping the tyre pressure and re-inflating would trigger the sensor into transmitting.
The NEW sensors fitted no longer respond to the deflate/inflate trick so the dealer must use a tool. Equally, the central controller software has changed so the dealer laptop needs updating in order to communicate with it. Its a double whammy. The dealer needs to update their laptop (they have to pay for that) and for some TMPS tools they need to update their licence (another fee for that!) Therefore a few have not bothered leading to this issue.
You have to find a dealer that has updated everything so they can do it.
The third "whammy" is that the TMPS system often fails to read in normal operation. Therefore even after a proper reset it can take time to clear. Mine took a further couple of days after the dealer reset it to clear.
I have the TPMS reset tool myself and if you are near Berkshire we can have a go if you want.

Hi Martin, you mentioned earlier in this thread that NEW TPMS sensors are fitted in the Jimny LCV. I checked with the local dealer and they only sell the Suzuki (Continental) TPMS ref. 43139-61M00. Will they be compatible with the LCV or do I need to order another type of sensor ?

I believe that they work just fine, its the TPMS controller that has been updated

oh, I'm after some ratchet hooks to secure light loads in the rear.
I've seen them somewhere on here, can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Hi

covered almost 4k already! and it's developed a knock on the underside, feels like it's coming from around the middle section of the exhaust. Had a wiggle of the back box and that seemed fine, not had a chance to get underneath it yet.
Has anyone experienced something similar?

Ref ratchet hooks. I broughtb cheap stainless fold in hooks from eBay and put elastic road on them which works well securing everything found D hooks on canoe yaught searches. Came twithstaimless correct bolts which fitted straight inafter unhooking plastic hook covers

Yeah I'm probably not going to bother with those now. it's a full-time Dog car.
if anything, I need some rubber adhesive strips to stop her sliding around whilst sitting up looking out of the rear and side windows.
