Another day getting stuck in! Had the good news that a new pay and play is opening about 5 miles away from the current one...result!

Looks fun, and nice weather.

Broke a bit kinda semi jumped up a hill and boom...transfer box mount! Doesn't look a bad job except access to the bolts...

Oh it has no back now either

:laugh: Im not surprised it broke if you were doing jumps!

The HD ones are much, much stronger bits of kit, but that just moves the forces at play elsewhere im afraid

edit: p.s. Loving the fastback look. Do you find the net is enough to keep things in?

The net seems to be, most stuff is tucked behind the seats before the floor bumps up anyway!

Ordered another standard mount for the moment and will add a bash plate...just started a thread for fitting tips as unsure if I need to lower the whole box or can just replace the mount in situ...the 4 bolts look a pig to get to wedged up above the chassis rail!

Also the whole rear section over the body mounts is gone! Stripping it all down and will give it a jetwash and see whats left!

Not that bad...bit under n/s headlamp is rotted...then its just rear 1/4 of car!
