Good info on that alternator.

Did the wiring and plug fit right in or did you have to make some DIY solution?

DIY - there is no plug on alternator. just two bolts. one for battery and one for warning light.

Okay thanks.

Well the battery cable is pretty obvious.

But what wire from the Jimny did go to the other bolt? Can you perhaps take a pic or something?

from www.auszookers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=35944 and what can i remember - i think i used white-red wire as warning light wire. i'll try to take pics tomorrow

could not take any usable photo - both wires are behind engine mount

* front and middle propshafts bolted
* transfer box bolted
* exaust needs rewelding
