wheres the airbag sensor on a 2002 jimny
reason i ask is i may cut off the crumple zone tomorrow to either put in a winch tray
(as seen here)
or at least HD recovery mounts.
want to make sure i dont upset the airbags when mod'ing the front end

As far as I am aware the sensor is built into the Airbag computer itself. The Airbag computer is under the centre console in front of the gearstick. Looking at the circuit diagram there are no "sensors" in the system and no Airbag components outside of the cabin of the car
