What is the Marker circled in red, it is the first time I have spotted that one and presuming the bumps circled in yellow are the depth wear markers.
The tyres do have 5.5 to 6.0mm of tread left on them.

The one circled in red would leave about 4mm of thread depth. Could it be an 'Off Road' tread wear indicator? Obviously for off road use you don't really want to get down to 1.6mm. So do AT tyres have two wear marker indicators, one for minimum road legal limit and one for minimum off road grip/performance?

Definitely a tread wear bar, never seen one set at 4mm before, but never had proper AT tyres. Maybe Google the tyre & see what the manufacturer says,

This has been, so to speak, my experience and my assumption.
Over a couple of decades and a half dozen or so different brands of AT tires, I've noticed what appears to be two sets of wear bars, and I've assumed, that the taller one is for off road usage.

If you look on the side wall a small triangle with twi printed under it
Tread wear indicator
Never seen the other indicator circled in red
When my tyres get to around 8mm they get changed
Only really used off road
